The owners and workers were fantastic to deal with! There was an accidental issue and I will say they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the issue was fixed, followed up with communication every step of the way, and made sure that everything was fixed and perfect. I highly recommend this company.  The product was excellent and what I expected.  For me the customer service was as important as the product.  I would rate the customer service with an A Plus. I am getting a house built and I was very impressed on the workmanship and seamless vinyl decking that was put on my deck and front entrance way. I’ve built a lot of homes in my 35+ years in the trade and I’ve gotta say that the guys at West Deck are the best of the best. Dylan and Greyson installed approx 550 sq feet of beautiful waterproof vinyl- made by - Weatherdek - on my second story deck. There is a reason we, along with multiple friends of ours, have stuck with Westdeck! Not only did they perfect over 1,000 feet of decking for us. They were over the very next day once I put the call out for a gate addition due to a now very mobile 10 month old! If you’re looking for anything deck related in central Alberta, they’re your guys.
